The “Billion Year Voyage” is a throwback podcast that I am featuring this week that includes elements of Progressive House & Breaks, with a foundation of Tribal and Tech. It is one of my favorite mixes that I have done to date. It is a 68 minute live set that I recorded in the summer of 2002 as a birthday present to my good friend Mike D. The recording is a true three-turntable mix that features a lot of duplicate record mash re-edits of songs, scratching, unique blends of 3 milky records simultaneously, and occasional appearances from a Timothy Leary record. It is a great synopsis of the experimentation that I was doing at the time on the decks. Unfortunately I do not have a playlist for it at this time. I hope you enjoy it.
